| Pricing and Privacy Policies |
| All information gathered on this web site , is kept confidential. All orders will be accepted once credit card information , pricing and availability of merchandise is confirmed. To allow for competitive unit price comparisons, all items are indicated in a single unit pricing arrangement. However where indicated some items ship in packages of multiple units and the number of units per package and cost per unit must be taken into consideration. Brown Bag Technologies reserves the right to refuse orders placed using the single unit pricing of items which must be shipped and sold in bundles where indicated. |

| Shipping Policiy |
| All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer for all orders. Any exceptions where the weight of the order is beyond the normal standards imposed by the courier companies, bulk freight transport charges will be quoted to the customer for each order. Furniture orders will need to be shipped by truck and quoted for transport rates, unless the item is small enough to be shipped by courier. |

| Returns Policiy |
| All products can be returned within 10 business days from the date on the invoice. All items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging . All returns must be approved by our returns department and assigned a return authorization number. All products being returned are shipped at the customers expense. Any returns sent back to Brown Bag Tech that do not follow the above criteria will be refused and sent back. |
